The route starts at the parking lot in Nová Bystrica and follows the Kysuce Cycling Route
toward Stará Bystrica. In Stará Bystrica there is the Slovak Astronomical Clock, the largest
wooden statue in Slovakia. At the village of Klubina, you leave the Kysuce cycling route and
continue along Klubina brook and then on the crossroads of Veľký Potok – Nová
Bystrica/Vychylovka. Here, you can choose to shorten the route; however, if you continue,
you will get close to the open-air Museum of the Kysuce Village. Here you will see residential
as well as farm buildings, technical and sacral architecture from several villages in Kysuce. In
the traditional pub, you will be served by staff wearing typical Kysuce costumes and you can
enjoy traditional cuisine. The route then returns to the starting point of the cycling path.
