Gaderská dolina (Gader Valley) and the Dedošova dolina (Dedošova Valley) belong to the
longest valleys of the Veľká Fatra Mountains. The first 8 km, from the village of Blatnica to
the mouth of the Dedošova Valley, follows a well-maintained asphalt road suitable for road
bikes and scooters. For those who want to complete the whole route to Veterné, it is
recommended to use a trekking or mountain bike. Charming nature with the babbling
Gaderský potok (Gader Brook) and ever-present rock formations will surely catch your eye
along the ride. One such formation is Čertova brána (Devil’s Gate), also known for being the
filming location of several well-known movies. Mlynčekovo is a technical attraction that will
excite both kids and adults. It features many small water mills in various shapes and designs.
The route ends at the Veľká Fatra National Park field station in Veterné.
