The educational trail is divided into two routes. Route A (14.3 km) is longer and leads
from Oravice to Tichá dolina. There are three lookout towers on this route. You will come
across the first one below Čistý Grúň after about a 20-minute walk. The educational trail
continues towards the national border and curves back below Magura along the way. Below
Magura, a separate branch of the trail begins, leading to its summit, where another lookout
tower stands at the turn-off on the southern slope of Magura. It will take you about 2.5 hours
to reach it from the first lookout tower. In another hour, you will come across the third lookout
tower on the southern slope of Krúpová.
Route B (2 km) leads from Oravice towards Bobrovec Valley. It then continues around the
Peciská peat bog, where the fourth lookout tower is located, before returning to the starting
point. Here, it is possible to connect to the second branch of the route (1.3 km), which runs
alongside the Zuberec state road.
There are 31 stops with shelters and information boards along the entire educational trail,
providing information about the local flora and fauna.
