The small wooden lookout tower is accessible from both the Orava and Kysuce sides. It is
located above the settlement of Demänová, which is the most remote part of the village of
Oravská Lesná. During the summer months, the lookout tower attracts a greater number of
tourists, as it is accessible by the Orava Forest Railway from the Tanečník station. From the
Kysuce side, it is also possible to take a ride up to Beskid Saddle (Sedlo Beskyd). You can
get there by draisine, but it is necessary to book in advance at the Kysuce Village Museum in
Vychylovka, from where it departs. The lookout tower offers a magnificent panoramic view of
the Kysuce and Orava countryside. There is also a Goral wooden house exhibition at the
station, showcasing the culture of the Gorals in the Orava region.
