The entire route follows the red trail of the Kysucká Cycling Route. The route starts in the
village of Klokočov (bus stop: Klokočov, Rieka) and continues toward Olešná, reaching the
cycle signpost in Maslovenka and up to the crossroads with the cycle signpost at
Hromadová. Follow the red route that turns right and continues toward Raková and
Korcháňovci. Descend toward the cycle signpost Nad Kurajkou following the red, or
alternatively, the yellow cycling trail (which is 0.3 km shorter) down to the church. The route
then continues with an ascent to Čadca, the Milošová area. At both the starting and finishing
points of the route, you can stop by the stone spheres, which are a unique attraction
worldwide. No one knows exactly how they were created, which is why they attract mystery
hunters from all over the world. The Slovak stone spheres are among the largest, and you
can find them in two places – in Klokočovské skálie in Klokočov and Geopark Megoňky in
Čadca.
