At the end of Liptovská Lúžna village, you will find the Lúžňanka meanders, a natural
monument. The Lúžňanka mountain stream winds here and creates bends called meanders.
In places, it gives the impression that the water is flowing uphill. A lookout tower has been
added to provide a better view of the meandering stream in the middle of the meadows,
allowing visitors to view this natural feature from a bird’s-eye perspective. The atmosphere of
this place is completed by the surrounding hills of the Low Tatras (Nízke Tatry).
