The cycling route connects the upper and lower parts of the large village of Oščadnica and
runs along the Kysucké Beskydy ridge, where a leisure facility is located. The route
alternates between ascents, flat stretches, and short descents, with the surface consisting
mainly of forest, dirt, and rocky roads. It starts at the manor house in Oščadnica, from where
you can reach the main cycling signpost. It will direct you to follow the green cycling route
around the Čarovná lúka (Magical Meadow) to the Lookout Tower Surovina. Monumental
wooden statues of bandits will accompany you along the journey. Next continue to the top of
Dedovka Hill, where in summer you can enjoy a variety of attractions. Descending through
the Príslop Saddle (with the Chapel Za Dedovou), you arrive at the main road in Oščadnica,
Vyšný koniec. To return to the manor house, follow the blue cycling route to Biely Kríž. From
there, follow the local green trail (part of the Kysucká Cycling Route) back to the starting
point.
